This role is not casual gardening. It involves physical outdoor work in all seasons, attention to detail, and a willingness to follow proven systems and high standards.
Experience in lawn care, grounds maintenance, greenkeeping, or similar work is an advantage. A good attitude, reliability, and pride in your work are essential.
